Unfortunately our environment was hit by brute force attack and our servers got infected by Crypto and we have been a couple of months recovering do to the fact that we did not have backups of our files not to help matters COVID made recovery nearly impossible. Things are looking better and things are starting to roll again. but it will take some time for us to catch up on support emails but we are getting there.
